I have been in business for many years and always have very apprehensive about buying new machines without having them and the companies selling them prove themselves. You have and the flavor system has in one day. This was just what my business needed to improve the quality and quantity of soft-serve sold. It also has increased the sales of sugar-free soft serve tremendously by offering such a wide variety of flavors to diabetics. I doubt very much that this flavor system will ever be in my back room next to the Flavor-Burst machine holding my cleaning supplies up. Thank you for the demonstration, you sold me on the spot.
